This guy has great deals on great pizza and wings. Love that he has garlic bread. Also has really good great salad. Prices competitive with the chains, and pick up time is usually very quick. Personal pizzas better than most places for a very reasonable price. Warning-if you have kids and order big quantities-they'll love it and you won't get any leftovers.

Okay - I've been back and forth on Garlex for a bit. I'm not sure what has changed lately or if I'm revisiting it at the right time. I lived my high school years on this pizza. My mom (doing well now) had a chronic illness and was in and out of the hospital. My dad worked all the time, and I helped out my mom. Therefore, once or twice a week, we ordered Garlex. And we loved it! It was almost as good as home cooking to us. Then I moved away, and I was a bit sad when I tried it again - it had changed, but now it's back again. My family usually visits my parents in Pleasanton once a week. One day, my mom got a mailer from Garlex and suggested we try it, and we did. The sauce was good, but the ingredients were much better - the Combo had a fantastic balance of meat and veggies. The sausage reminds me of the kind that my full-blooded Italian mother-in-law mixes at their Italian shop (it's a thing!) with Italian herbs and a bit of fennel. The other meats are great too. Then, it's loaded with red onion, black olives, and green pepper. It is delicious. It reminds me of the good pizzas the old shops used to make. Truly enjoyable.

I ordered the BBQ Chicken thin crust X-Large pizza through Door Dash and omg ! That was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Very tasty and generous amount of toppings.

For a family birthday a few weeks ago, we decided to get pizza. For the "grown-up" pizzas - we decided to order from Garlex. And I'm glad we did! I called and the gentleman who picked up advised me on the options as well as on how much I should order - "For a party of ten, two large or three medium should be enough." I liked that he didn't try to oversell us, and ordered one extra large chicken pesto pizza and one extra large vegetarian pizza. "It will be ready in 25 minutes," he said, confidently. About half an hour later, I picked up two piping hot pizzas - each was about $25. The van smelled divine as I drove back home and it took all my willpower to not lean over and grab a slice (or two!). The Fam attacked when I walked in through the garage door. Both pizzas were delicious - there was something for everyone. Most folks preferred the chicken pesto - generously topped with chicken, mushrooms, red onions, green bell peppers, and fresh tomatoes. The missus and I leaned more towards the veggie pizza - perfectly baked, with olives, mushrooms, red onions, green bell peppers, and fresh tomatoes. I confess I ate more than I intended, it was so delish! Thank you Garlex, for making our family event so special. We will be back!
